In this short board book aimed at toddlers, Bow-Wow comes
across a chick. A chick who seems to be a little confused!
"Honk," the chick proclaims. And Bow-Wow quickly answers
"No." And he continues to say no as the chick tries out a variety
of sounds. This dog isn't going anywhere until his new friend
gets it right!
Young children will love the bright illustrations, especially the
cross look on Bow-Wow's face when the chick comes up with a
new sound. Parents will like the sturdy board pages of the
construction, and the introduction to new words and sounds.
