Hi there! I'm a married mom to a 7-year-old son and a 4-year-old daughter. I work full-time outside the home, so when I get home, I unwind by reading. My latest obsession is the young adult genre. It is definitely better than when I was in high school {waaaay back when!} The stuff today is just as readable as adult chick lit and regular fiction, but with the little ones, the shorter length make them idea for me. I don't know about anyone else, but when I start a good book, I try to finish it in one sitting. Call me obsessive, compulsive, addicted...whatever works! I hate not knowing how a book will turn out and try valiantly not to cheat and turn to the ending!! When not buried in a book, I also have a fondness for the movies, music {can anyone say the 80's rule??}, and board games. Dare I admit I have over 80 board games? And Santa brought me 3 more! When all is said and done though, there's nowhere I'd rather be than on the beach with a good book.
