    Jessie Kane’s life has been turned upside down.  

    She’s learned something: she can’t trust anyone anymore.  She finds herself running from two armies, her best
    friend, and her own demons.  It’s a race against the clock and a fight for survival.  

    Ms. Caldwell takes us to a world so unlike ours, but so similar at the same time.  VEILED IN HUMAN
    FLESH is an interesting take on the battles of good vs. evil.  Lines are drawn, boundaries are crossed, and I
    thoroughly enjoyed the whole ride.  Her world building was solid, yet she still managed to use so much of
    today’s America – Hollywood included.  

    This was definitely a fast-paced and entertaining read.
